                         Volunteer Application

GOOD NEWS! Volunteers will not be required to pay for their event ticket to support the cause. However, before we evaluate your application, you MUST PAY $35 to apply for a volunteer position to process your application and the early bird deadline is June 30. Late registration is $40 August 21, 2010 (Postmarked.) Your fee covers administration costs and a portion of your monies will go to support a Haitian Deaf Organization. Our volunteers will be fed and taken care of. You will take home gift bags and attend all parties and events.

This year theme is GREEN FASHIONOLOGY. All volunteers must wear all white or silver outfit and look futuristic during the fashion show event. For all other events, will be determined.

All volunteers are required to pay $35 for the registration fee when submitting the volunteer form. Your application will not be processed without your fee. And there are no refunds! This is a charity.

If you are selected to join the MICA Team, you will not be required to pay for the MICA ticket.

Since this is a three-day event, you need to make yourself available on all or either dates.

For detailed locations and times, we will contact you. However, ALL VOLUNTEERS are required to be available at 10AM on the day of the fashion show Saturday, October 9. No exception. So rest well as it will be a very long day!

Note: We will have a volunteer workshop/meeting a couple weeks before the event. A volunteer coordinator will get in touch with you when we get more information later.
